plié, chassé, jeté...

I recently started dancing ballet.And I have to tell you, it is the most beautiful things I have ever done. I wanted to start ballet for several years now, but everyone was like "Aren't you too old for starting ballet?". But I didn't mind and finally went to nearest ballet studio and tried it out. There have also been some other girls, who have just started, which was kinda cool, so I wasn't the only one standing there being totally overwhelmed.

Ballet is great for me since I have done vault (probably no one knows what that is, it's gymnastics on a horse) for over 10 years, that's why I'm still quite flexible. I would say that helps a lot and I have already received some compliments by the teacher, which just made me SO happy haha! It's a great workout and I feel totally relaxed afterwards and it really is what I needed. I feel like I did something, but in a great way, if you understand what I mean :D

Does anyone of you dance ballet too or is anyone interested in dancing ballet?

  2. ja ich find das auch total cool, dass du jetzt balltett machst... Ich habe im Sommer auch erst mit Fußball spielen angefangen...:)

    und ich weiß, ich schreib gerade nicht unter den neusten Post, aber ich wollte sagen, dass ich es super finde, dass du nicht auf die anderen gehört hast, sondern einfach mit dem Ballett angefangen hast! Ich selbst mache zwar kein Ballett, finde es aber immer total faszinierend, es zu sehen:)
